Schedule a consultation and find out. Only you can tell if I'm the right lawyer for you. I can tell you in general terms that I'm the right lawyer for you if you are looking for a lawyer who will tell it to you how it is, without sugarcoating, and then strategize with you to obtain the best outcome possible.

No. This should go without saying, but no attorney-client relationship is formed merely by viewing this website or submitting your information to potentially schedule a consultation. An attorney-client relationship will exist only if and when we have conducted an initial consultation with you, we have agreed to take you on as a client, and you have agreed to the terms of the engagement letter we present to you setting out the scope of the attorney-client relationship.

Use the form in the Contact Us section to describe your situation, and we will get back to you.

We generally charge based on an hourly fee for civil litigation and individual transactional matters. We can also offer flat-fee services for some transactional services and for certain limited litigation matters. We do not work on contingency, with very rare exceptions.

For business clients who engage 512 Legal as their part-time general counsel, we offer different tiers of monthly rates that let them lock in our services at a discount to our hourly rates. We also offer monthly rates to individual clients who anticipate they will be using our services on a recurring basis.

We do not charge for initial consultations.
